We all have stories about bad lumber yard experiences.  The industry is plagued with poor customer service and terminology that leaves the customer feeling like they got ripped off.  Woodworking magazines write articles about how to act at a lumber yard and how to engage with the business.  

The guys at The Wood Yard  in Concord, GA feel like their customers shouldn't have to learn how to act but just the opposite.  They need to speak their customer's language and cater to their needs.  Novel idea right?  I heard from no fewer than 10 listeners about this lumber yard and their outstanding customer service.  I just had to get them on the show to talk about the business.
